    I just wanted to share this food blog with you guys. It's called The Bitten Word and their slogan is "resolving to put our food magazines to use."

    They actually make all those recipes we all flag and then forget about! Talk about inspiration :)

    I'm interested in quick recipes I can make at work. We have two refrigerators and a kitchen with a microwave, toaster over and kitchen knives. (The only thing we're missing is an oven) I feel like I'm missing out on a whole WORLD of foods I could make easily by having a few ingredients at work all week and just preparing something there.

    Do you have any suggestions on things I should try out?

    Does anybody have recommendations on how to start soaking black beans? I use Goya canned beans, but something tells me they would be better if I soaked my own... Thanks!
