  • Who is your favorite Gluten-Free blogger?

I really like SeaMaiden from the Book of Yum blog. Her weekly Gluten-Free menus and her lust for all things food proves that being a foodie is for everyone! Also, her blog has been an invaluable resource for me when trying to find recipes to prepare for my Celiac friends!

  • Chex Oven Toasted Rice Cereal

General Mills recently changed the recipe for their Rice Chex cereal, so that it no longer includes Barley Malt Extract and is GLUTEN FREE. This is a very exciting for celiacs, especially ones like me who used to love Rice Chex. Now, I'm looking for new ways to incorporate it, as well as new interesting Chex mixes! They also have a list of GF Chex mix recipes on their website, too!

these are great! i pop 2 in the toaster and when they're done i wrap them in a paper towel and run out the door to catch the train. by the time i've made it out of brooklyn i'm all done! i especially like them with a piece of fruit and a cup of tea in the morning. no butter or syrup needed! they're also super healthy.
