We live gluten free because we have celiac disease or are gluten intolerant. As celiacs, we share a common genetic, autoimmune disease. Many of us took years to learn about our sensitivity to gluten , which caused many issues from fatigue, iron deficiency and gastrointestinal symptoms to weight problems and many more.   Does anyone live in the Harrisburg-Hershey area? I grew up there and am going back for a visit this week. I was diagnosed with Celiac affter I moved away, so I don't know the best spots to go for gluten-free friendly eats. Any suggestions?

  Can anyone recommend any good frozen dinners. My daughter is going to school in Rochester,NY and the school just isn't feeding her enough variety. Is is getting tired of rice crackers and cream cheese.

  365 Everyday Value Muffin Mix

  Made these muffins this morning. Very easy to make, but not only do they NOT look like the picture on the box, but they taste terrible too. I couldn't even finish a muffin. I'm sure I will end up throwing the whole batch away. I made them for my 3 yr old son, but I doubt he will eat them too. DISGUSTING PRODUCT!!! DO NOT BUY THESE!
