Type your comment or question here. You may be interested to know that the heart, brain, and nerves in the body have lots of lecithin in them. Lecithin is a food supplement, and it from soy beans. I have found that my heart is healthier when I add two tablespoons of lecithin to my oatmeal or wheat cereal for breakfast. My heart, at age 66, is in great shape. Lecethin help the blood vessels to expand and this allows blood to flow well. This also applies to the brain. Taking lecithin expands the blood vessels in the brain, giving a better flow of blood. I have found that taking the two tablespoons of lecithin each day helps me have a very good memory and good alertness for my age.
As close to butter as you will get, an awesome product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did a taste test between 8th Continent and another brand of soy milk. The 8th Continent had a better, creamy taste and texture. Comparing the Nutritional facts, 8th Continent Soy milk has Omega 3 DHA for healthy hearts and minds, Fiber for digestive health, and has 30% more calcium than regular dairy milk.
This is a long-standing favorite for wheat germ. Note that one serving gives you 4 grams of protein. Also note the 20% of daily vitamin E. This is a very healthy one!
