Have any of you tried low carb diets? How do you balance the insights from low fat, along with the learnings of low carb?
I find that eating certain foods (say an egg, or a mozzarella stick) can make you feel more full, for longer (than, say, a bag of pretzels with no fat). I try to balance the two approaches.
