Weight Watchers
We're not dieters. We're just learning about what we eat through education. We're learning to eat right and live healthy so we can lose weight and keep it off for good. Our program teaches us what our parents, or the school systems failed to, regarding what we need to make our bodies run in a healthy manner. The two programs – points and core – are both guidance systems where we learn how to judge our hunger signals, how to know when we are full, and how to and when to eat to keep our metabolism running like it should.
