I am a big fan of keeping my heart healthy. You may be interested to know that the heart, brain, and nerves in the body have lots of lecithin in them. Lecithin is a food supplement, and can be derived from soy beans. I have found that my heart is healthier when I add two tablespoons of lecithin to my oatmeal or wheat cereal for breakfast. My heart, at age 66, is in great shape.
