FRESH & EASY is a new chain of neighborhood stores currently in Arizona, Nevada and California. My new store in San Diego just opened. It is great, like a small grocery, lots of house branded items, simple choice and limited selection to keep things easy. Everything so far has been fresh and declicious. Do you have one yet? What has been your experience?

I want to start making myself a breakfast in the morning to take with me to work. I've never been a fan of cereal bars and cereal usually leaves me unfilled, after getting ready, I generally have 15 minutes at the house. What's a 15 minute meal that will fill me up and won't make me feel hungry by 10pm?
