    I did a taste test between 8th Continent and another brand of soy milk. The 8th Continent had a better, creamy taste and texture. Comparing the Nutritional facts, 8th Continent Soy milk has Omega 3 DHA for healthy hearts and minds, Fiber for digestive health, and has 30% more calcium than regular dairy milk.
