  Gluten free rice pasta. Made with organic rice pasta. Microwave or regular oven. No GMOs; no bioengineered... ingredients. Amy loves our Mac & Cheese, but some of her friends, like many Amy's customers, are not able to eat it because they are gluten intolerant. So we decided to create a dish that does not include any wheat, and searched until we found a gluten free macaroni style noodle made from organic rice. Then we covered the tender rice noodles with the same smooth cheese sauce that made our Mac and Cheese so popular, and came up with this great tasting meal for all our customers to eat and enjoy. All dairy ingredients are made with pasteurized, rBST hormone free milk and do not contain animal enzymes or rennet. 0 g Trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing, frozen meals for health conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, poultry or eggs are ever used in any Amy's products. Certified organic by QAI.

  This mac n cheese is the BEST GF mac n cheese. SO much better than Glutino's. I always top it off with fresh shredded cheese. Mmm. And it's so easy and quick to make.

  This mac n cheese is fantastic. Its quick and easy and super cheesy. Its pricey and high in sodium, but it does the trick when I crave comfort food, which I cannot have due to gluten!

  I love this mac and cheese! If this was served to me on a plate, rather than the packaging, I wouldn't know that it was a microwave meal! The sauce is nice and creamy and cheesy, like a baked mac and cheese with out the crispy crumb topping.

  Amy's Rice Mac & Cheese is a great meal on the go. It tastes just like home-cooked baked mac and cheese that mom used to make. I love it for its texture and because it is made by Amy's I totally trust that it is gluten-free. (I don't like the calorie content however hehe)

    I like pastisario potato mac and cheese better-the noodles have better texture and don't fall apart.

  I couldn't live w/o this stuff! I have 3 boys who do not have CD and a daughter who does . . .doesn't help that she is a twin to one of those boys. I try everything I feed my daughter and have tried several varieties of GF Mac n Cheese, even tried to make my own. They have all been disasters but this stuff is good and it is EASY. It is hard to find convenient, microwave meals that are GF so I was so happy to find this. It is a bit pricey, almost $5 per pkg in my area, but since my daughter is only 2 I can easily get 2 servings out of it for her. She absolutely loves it too; it is definitely one of her faves. My husband and I agree that this product is worth every penny. It is tasty even for those of us used to eating loads of gluten. I always make sure I have a couple of these in the... freezer.
