Why go gluten free? Not long ago, two of our co-workers found themselves in a gluten free world. Linc was... (show more)
I love these brownies!!! We keep them in the fridge so they stay good. Believe me....If I make these in my house they are gone in NO TIME! I use olive oil to grease the brownie pan:)
Similar to other reviewers, I have to say that our whole family loved these. I had to shoo away the non-GF kids (and parents) so that my daughter would have plenty for the week. Highly recommended.
I used to make my kids fresh hot cinnamon rolls every Sunday morning until my son began developing possible Celiac's Disease. I have been racking my brain trying to think of what kinda Sunday morning treat to make that he will like(he's not a pancake fan). I made these! I know... brownies for breakfast? But really how much worse are they than cinnamon rolls? Anyway he loved em and so did the rest of the family including my picky husband. Next week I'm going to try making muffins with the BC GF yellow cake mix!
These were great. They form the nice flaky top crust that so man GF brownie mixes lack.
Not as good as my GF brownies made from scratch, but for a box mix these brownies come very close!! Very easy to make and they taste just like "regular" brownies. But, they won't last long because they are so good - so be sure to have another box on hand in case you want to make a batch for yourself!
I don't have Celiac Disease and am not on a gluten-free diet but these brownies are fantastic! We tried them at the gluten-free taste test last night at Zeer Labs and these turned out great. They were fudgey and had a slight amaretto taste to them - it must be the chocolate liqour...
Anyway, it was a very close call between these brownies and the Gluten-free pantry version. I though the Gluten-free pantry version was the absolute best, but Betty Crocker came VERY close. Way to go, General Mills!
I totally approve and recommend these to anyone on a gluten-free diet as a delicious substitution for the real thing. Delicious!!
Very cool that BC has gone Gluten Free!! Made these earlier in the week - and the pan is now empty. So easy to make - though it requires melted butter instead of the usual oil. Non-celiacs in the family were fighting to get the last few bites.
