Real pancakes. Real good. Carbohydrate Choices: 2.
I also love Bisquick, it's very versatile and can be used to make many different meals quickly and easily. Some of my favorites are their basic recipes, like biscuits, and the "impossibly easy cheeseburger bake." I also like to make an easy chicken pot pie by putting a raft of biscuit dough on top of a thick chicken soup and baking.
I recently bought a box in order to make a copy of Red Lobster's cheddar biscuits. I've never really used Bisquick before that. The biscuits turned out wonderfully. Only problem was that I looked at the nutrition information after I gobbled up all the biscuits. I'd just eaten 4.5 grams of trans fat. It made my nose wrinkle, and the rest of the box went in the trash.
By far the best pancake mix. Aunt Jemima's is ok if you are too lazy to have an egg in your fridge, but otherwise this is the stuff. Great for Strawberry Shortcake biscuits too.
