Bisquick AP Baking Mix generally is easy to work with and usually comes out with good to great results on the recipes that you are working with.

The two recipes I use straight from the back of the box are the biscuit and waffle recipes, and they always turn out well.

    Partially hydrogenated soybean oil?

    Pass.

I also love Bisquick, it's very versatile and can be used to make many different meals quickly and easily. Some of my favorites are their basic recipes, like biscuits, and the "impossibly easy cheeseburger bake." I also like to make an easy chicken pot pie by putting a raft of biscuit dough on top of a thick chicken soup and baking.

I love this stuff to make cookies and other desserts. I know, I just said cookies but I have a recipe book that my mom gave me from the 70's. It rules!

I recently bought a box in order to make a copy of Red Lobster's cheddar biscuits. I've never really used Bisquick before that. The biscuits turned out wonderfully. Only problem was that I looked at the nutrition information after I gobbled up all the biscuits. I'd just eaten 4.5 grams of trans fat. It made my nose wrinkle, and the rest of the box went in the trash.

By far the best pancake mix. Aunt Jemima's is ok if you are too lazy to have an egg in your fridge, but otherwise this is the stuff. Great for Strawberry Shortcake biscuits too.

This is the best stuff. For quick and yummy pancakes/waffles, also good biscuits and I have a really good quick quiche recipe somewhere...I mean mix it with some stuff, pour it in a pie plate, and throw in the oven.
