This brownie mix may need a little work. I don't have Celiac Diesease but I tried these in a blind taste test at Zeer where I tried Pamela's, Bob's, Cherrybrook Kitchen, GF Pantry, and Betty Crocker brownie mixes. This one was my least favorite because I found the mix to be a little grainy overall. Like some gluten-free baked goods, this one had a distinct powdery taste - Gillian and I suspect it was because of the corn flour used. I like Bob's products a lot but this one is not my favorite!
so good that sometimes the batter never makes it into the oven. better than gluten-ated brownies for those I've made them for.
