Heinz. The mere mention of Heinz tomato ketchup elicits a thrill. I admit, my love of ketchup is probably unnatural, but alas, it is strong and when I need it (for practically everything- some things you just don't want to know) I MUST have Heinz Ketchup. It's just right- sweetness, texture. I would change nothing about it.
I often buy the organic one as it contains to high fructose corn syrup and and I don't have to sacrifice the taste.
Heinz Ketchup is the ONLY way to go! There are other brands, but for some reason they do not taste as good!
Heinz Ketchup is at the very top of my Unnecessary Use of High Fructose Corn Syrup shit list. Why? Why?
I always find it intriguing when people spends hundreds of thousands of dollars to open a restaurant, put love and care into the food they serve, and then in the name of saving a few bucks provide some cheap, knockoff ketchup for their patrons to smother their food in. How much could these people POSSIBLY be saving ? Heinz is simply the standard for how we want ketchup to taste. Though I have tried some worthy second runners, I simply haven?t found anything worth using as an alternative. Do yourself, your business and your friends. family and guests a favor and buy Heinz ketchup and not some lesser second runner.
Heinz Ketchup is Americana! And didn't public schools consider it a vegetable? =) I can't eat a burger and fries w/o my heinz (these two food items are the only things I put ketchup on. If you put ketchup on a hotdog, it's blasphemy). Loved it when they came out with the stay clean cap upside down bottle. No more shaking to get the stuff out.
