Great for topping & cooking. 0 Calories per serving. 0 g trans fat per serving. Gluten-free.
unfermented soy (the first ingredient after water) retards the thyroid causing a over production of estrogen and subsequently... weight gain (also fatigue and anxiety). not fun.
also it isn't even really calorie or trans fat free!!! the nutritional facts are rounded down do to the decimals caused by the minute serving size. if you melted real butter and put it in a spray bottle, a single spray would have a similar calorie and fat count!
additionally if you saw (or smelled) this stuff before it is steam cleaned, bleached, flavored, and dyed... it doesn't even resemble something eatable.
do yourself a favor. use real butter. preferably organic, grass fed, and raw. (even if you can't taste the difference, your digestive system can!) no, raw is not dangerous if you are getting it... (show more)
I CAN believe it's not butter. But to be honest, if you're a serious dieter looking for a no-calorie butter substitute, this is worth a shot. An old roommate of mine used to eat it straight from the bottle- yep, spray it right in her mouth. Hey, when you need a fix, you need a fix!
