    Well, I just think this flour is awesome. No chemicals or preservatives - just all natural, all purpose flour. I just made a red velvet cake with this flour and it turned out beautifully. I like that this flour hasn't been bleached and I've had this flour in my pantry for awhile and still tastes nice and fresh. I think if you're going to make a quality food you need quality ingredients and I totally think King Arthur Flour is some of the best.
