  I agree with Adam Z. I also love the "zing" to this, I actually add this to salids, it gives me the protein without the need for meats or fish. This way I can bring it "made" to work. It is great chopped within rice dishes too.

  If yo ulove almonds this is the way to go....tamari souce ads an nice tang to it...great product
