  Premium. Excellent source of vitamin C. This product is gluten free & fat free. The History of Lindy's... Homemade: The product you are about to enjoy is a labor of love. My father, Mario Lindbergh DeCristoforo, Lucky Lindy as he was known to his friends, used to make Italian ices for the kids of our neighborhood as I was growing up. We agreed everyone should be so lucky to enjoy this delicious and refreshing treat, but never pursued it. After Lindy and my mom Zelda passed on, it became my goal to continue in their entrepreneurial spirit and put my heart and soul into creating a product that people of all ages could enjoy. Lindy's Homemade began with the dream to serve from street carts just as the original ices are served on the streets of Italy. The tradition began at my kitchen table with original recipes made from only the best ingredients and continues today with every cup we package for you to serve at your kitchen table.
