  Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Handmade. Maker's Mark is America's only handmade bourbon whisky - never mass... produced. Each individual batch is less than 19 barrels, and this small quantity means we can be choosy about everything we use and everything we do to craft our whisky. That's why we use the old-style sour-mash method. We start each new batch fermentation by using a little of the last, resulting in a more consistent product. We're proud of our unique and full-flavored handmade bourbon, and so we add our Maker's Mark to each bottle. Enjoy. 45% Alc/vol.

  I love, love this whiskey and one that I like to keep pure. It's absolutely delicious and if I've got Maker's in my hand, I'm most certainly in the right frame of mind to talk with friends. I like it over ice, about an inch at a time -- straight. It's got a sweet, powerful taste and it's best enjoyed in a highball glass and a bunch of friends at your side on a Saturday night.

  Working my way through the small batch Bourbons... Thus far like the sweetness of Knob the best, but Maker Mark is probs #2, I tried Bakers last night... it's a kick in the pants!
