    This is my favorite Macaroni for Thanksgiving dinner -- it cooks up very tender, but the macaronis are smaller in size. I know some people prefer larger, fatter noodles, but I prefer these small little noodles. Try not to overcook them, I like to make Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese for thanksgiving dinner, takes longer to cook but it saves you from having to have yet another thing in the oven. So flavorful and the cheese comes out nice and gooey and not burned on the top and bottom!

    CROCK POT MAC N CHEESE!

    1 stick butter *melted
    1 1/2 cup whole milk
    1 can carnation milk (EVAPORATED)
    2 eggs (beaten)
    16 oz medium cheddar cheese (shredded)
    8 oz box Macaroni (cooked -- follow directions on box)

    Melt butter at bottom of crockpot
    Add milk, evaporated milk, beaten eggs, 3/4 of
    ... your shredded cheese (save some cheese for the top)
    Add the Cooked macaroni
    Add cheese on top
    Cook on Low for 2-2 1/2 hours.
