  It's too bad this is ULTRA-pasteurized - it is so far from "natural" that it doesn't even need refrigeration.

  This is good stuff. I used it to make fish chowder - and it was amazing. And I know it was the cream, because I made it again with storebrand cream and it wasn't nearly as good.
