  Light, fluffy, sweet and savory with every bite! I liked it so much I asked my mother to buy this cake when we celebrated my birthday this year. I'd choose this cake over chocolate any day.

  After visiting friend in Province town,MA, somebody brought coconut cake from Connie's bakery. It was phenomenon. Best coconut cake ever! If anybody is going to P-town be sure to check out Connie's. So I was in the coconut cake phase for a while, I came cross this product in the freezer section. I never bought frozen cake before, but this is the first. It surprisingly good. I have to confess, I did went back more :P
