50% Less fat than chicken patties. Good source of protein. No cholesterol. 0% Trans fat. What are you looking... for? It took you only seconds to discover our wholesome, all natural line of Quorn meat-free cuisine. It took us a bit longer to find the ideal protein source, our key ingredient, mycoprotein (myco is Greek for fungi). After 15 years of searching in many parts of the world, we finally found what we were looking for. And it was literally growing in our own backyard! There are believed to be over 600,000 varieties of fungi in the world, many of which are among the most sought after foods like varieties of mushrooms, truffles, and morels. The nutritious mycoprotein used in all Quorn products is made through fermentation. Other familiar fermented foods are yogurt, cheese, and beer. Just the way Portobello mushrooms bite like meat, the fibrous nature of mycoprotein is what provides Quorn products with a tastier, meat-like texture. It's now easier to enjoy a meat-free meal with less fat, cholesterol and calories. That's why, in Europe, where people are rather particular about the way things taste, Quorn is the number one selling meat-free brand. We hope Quorn meat- free cuisine sounds like what you've been looking for. One thing's certain: If you like what's on our package, you'll love what's in it. It might just surprise you. Suitable for vegetarians. Nutritional Comparison (per serving): Quorn Chik'n Patties: Total fat: 6g. Saturated fat: 0.5g. Cholesterol: 0mg. Leading brand of chicken patties: Total fat: 13g. I love these. They have a much better taste than the typical soy products.

These faux chicken patties are outstanding. I'm a meat and potatoes kind of guy but when my girlfriend served these to me, I honestly couldn't tell the difference between these and real chicken. Great texture and taste! Two thumbs up.

These are so good. I first found them when I lived in Seattle but haven't come across them as regularly in California. Much thicker than morningstar, IMO.
