    Love this stuff. I am in trouble if it runs out. Luckily, you can find it in most supermarkets (at least I don't have a problem finding it.)

    To add that fresh spice to almost everything, there's Sambal Oelek! Don't confuse this with Chili Sauce, though. My husband did that once and we had barely edible ribs after doing some serious doctoring. This is HOT stuff. Yum.

    Hot! Hot! Hot!

    This is one of the most versatile items I have in my kitchen. It's a staple in both my stir fry and gyoza dipping sauces. We've even used it to add a little something extra to baked mac and cheese. The little bottle goes a long, long way to add flavor to many a dish.
