My Texas Classic recipe had its beginning in the mid 1900's in an area of Texas that at one time was a part of Mexico known then as Mission de San Antonio. True to tradition, this salsa is prepared only in Texas the way it should be using the finest traditional ingredients of sun ripened red tomatoes, fresh sweet onions, hand selected fresh peppers, garlic and spices. Enjoy my Texas Classic salsa as a zesty dip for chips, a condiment for breakfast egg dishes, fajitas, burritos and more.
