The Nutrition Facts are wrong - the Deep Chocolate VitaTop has 100 calories, of which 15 are from fat. The rest of the info is correct.
More to the point: I've yet to find a VitaTop I haven't loved. The Vitamuffins - not so much; they're a bit dry. But every single VitaTop is great. I have one for breakfast nearly every day. I stash one in my cycling jersey for quick and easy energy when I'm on the road - they're a lot better for me than those sugar-laden "energy" bars. I even nuke one for 20 seconds and serve it with low-fat ice cream for a guiltless "brownie sundae". Highly recommend them plain, nuked, or toasted.
