Lecethin help the blood vessels to expand and this allows blood to flow well. This also applies to the brain. Taking lecithin expands the blood vessels in the brain, giving a better flow of blood. I have found that taking the two tablespoons of lecithin each day helps me have a very good memory and good alertness for my age.
