I know what you're thinking - VELVEETA ?? Yes. It's super processed. It has a funky yellow color. But I tried this in a variation of my Mac & Cheese and I find it has made it creamier. 8 oz velveeta, 8 oz white aged cheddar, 4 oz Gruyere (and 1/2 c grated parmesan for the topping). What can I say. I will not be ashamed, and I'll use it again!
Was tired of my veggie burgers and thought I'd give this a try. Not bad at all, very close texture & flavor to chicken. A friend of mind had taken me to RED BAMBOO -- a completely vegan restaurant -- why would vegans/vegetarians want non meat foods that taste like chicken or beef ? Maybe I just don't get it =) I can say as a total carnivore, both this product and the restaurant were very tasty.
