We love all of the Tinkyada pasta. It holds up very well and has a great texture. We feed it to my teenaged sons' friends and they never notice any difference from their "regular pasta."
These are just like the Petit Ecolier cookies, but gluten free. The dark chocolate is terrific and the texture of the cookie is perfect!
Liked the flavor, but agree with the first review that they get soggy. Pulled out the panini-maker to solve the problem - made it nice and crisp. But at that point between the work of using both the microwave and panini maker might as well make them from scratch.
