Miso Master Premium Organic Red Miso
My daughter Sophia extemporaneously wrote this poem while eating a bowl of this miso (actually it was the Sweet Mellow Miso version), so I thought I'd let that speak for itself:
MISO SOUP
Miso soup is
yummy and
good, especially
when it is hot
and the tofu
is warm and
squish
the broth and
the miso mix
to make yumminess
(warm
broth) the best
cilantro gets
tossed in and I like it so!
I think you may never
make soup of another kind
as great as miso
to all bowls of miso soup

I've priced a lot of yerba mate, this was well worth seeking out above and beyond all other brands.

This tastes very good...but it's even better if you make the gomasio yourself, and then just pick a seaweed to mix in.
