Haagen-Dazs Hawaiian Lehua Honey & Sweet Cream All Natural Ice Cream

Haagen-Dazs has another honey flavor that I tried before this one (which was good) but the "floral notes" they talk about in their description are really there in this ice cream. It has amazing flavors, the honey is sweet, flowery and almost fruity. The first time I tried it, I got through half the container before I had to force myself to stop. This flavor is wonderful!

Haagen-Dazs Toasted Coconut Sesame Brittle All Natural Ice Cream

I absolutely love this ice cream! It has such an interesting flavor - not your average chocolate/vanilla/sugar overload. My favorite part is the ginger brittle. Ginger in the ice cream was a very pleasant surprise. If you're adventurous, try this!

Bear Naked Banana Nut All Natural Granola

I was looking for some kind of granola without soy - though this is packaged in a facility that processes soy, it doesn't contain any soy products. It's a little expensive but this is the BEST granola I've ever had. It contains bananas but also has a little bit of banana flavoring throughout the whole mix. It has big chunks of granola, fruit and nuts. :9

    in the Soy Allergy community

I just started trying to remove soy from my diet to try and determine whether or not it is a trigger for my migraines.

I've noticed that sometimes products do not list soy as an allergen if it's in the form of Soy Lecithin or Soy Oil. Is this something I should stay away from if I'm trying to remove soy from my diet? I've read that the proteins are different and should not hurt someone with a soy allergy or intolerance but I'm not sure how much I trust that.
