Silk Vanilla Soymilk

Best soymilk on the market (that I've tried), hands down. The flavor is not beany and has a lovely vanilla taste. It is great on cereal or fruit. I love that it doesn't have the chalky sediment in the bottom, probably because it's fresh and not one of those in the aceptic packaging. Most of the soymilk brands I've had are in aceptic packaging.

For a while we were only drinking Silk at home, but have switched to organic cow milk because my 5 year old LOVES it. I do prefer the Silk.

Guayaki Traditional Yerba Mate

I bought the loose version, not the bags and it's fantastic. I'm a bit of a coffee-aholic, and this is a great alternative. It seems to stimulate me mentally but is relaxing at the same time, as odd as that may sound.

It has sort of a woody flavor that reminds me of mugicha (a Japanese roasted twig tea). I find that its better if I do not use boiling water, just very hot water. Boiling water makes it bitter. You can also keep refilling the pot and using the same mate a few times over, so its economical.

It's also fair trade, which makes me feel even better about drinking it. I should grow brew up a pot now.
