Progresso Homestyle Vegetable and Rice Soup
I enjoy this soup most often for lunch during the work day. It tastes great, is light, and has a nice mix of veggies and rice.

La Choy Lite Soy Sauce
To be honest, this isn't my favorite soy sauce BUT it is gluten free and easy to find in most grocery stores so I gave it 3 stores.

Chex Honey Nut Oven Toasted Rice & Corn
Within the last month (May/2009) the packaging of these has changed, and this cereal is gluten free. The cereal is not overly sweet, but I do mix Corn Chex and the Honey Nut together in my cereal bowl. Way to go General Mills!
