What other raisins are there? We were raised on Sun-Maid and I can't imagine my kitchen without them. I never seem to have enough iron in my diet so my grandmother suggested raisins. I eat a handful every day in my oatmeal. When they're cooked up with a fresh bowl of Quaker Oats, nothing is better. I never liked Dole or any of the others. Sun-Maid is my choice!
Arm and Hammer - Wow!!! I'd give it 6 stars if I could!
This stuff is incredible. I use it in soooo many different ways. Here are a few:
Emulsify with liquid dish soap - make a paste and it will - remove stains from clothes, polish your finest silver, take the rust from tin, polish copper and help oxidize if you like a green patina, whiten grout in the tub or your backsplash and will make your porcelain tub sparkle again.
Make a paste with shampoo and wash your hair with it when you have product overload and heat damage. Don't do this too often, but every once in a while it's great for your hair. Also, it will assist in getting rid of the fungus that causes dandruff if you suffer a flaky scalp from time to time.

I did some research and learned that Lite Silken Tofu is a much better choice for those looking for a more natural protein source. This is also a great source of calcium. I usually blend 1 cup of Cascadian Farms mixed berries and cherries, a banana, a tablespoon of all natural almond butter, a teaspoon of flax seed and borage oil (blend), 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds, two tablespoons of ground sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup of silken tofu and 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk. The USDA recently produced a study that shows links between milk and heart disease, type 1 diabetes, anemia in children, prostate cancer, and asthma. Further, 75 % of those tested were found intolerant to milk and milk products. For many, milk can cause sinus infections, eczema, ear infections, irritable bowel syndrome and digestive problems. If you can't have milk and are worried about calcium, don't fret... there are things you can do to offset the lack of milk in your diet... don't consume cola, alcohol, caffeine, salt or excess animal proteins which leach calcium out of your bones and do consume rich greens, sardines, sesame seeds, nuts, and beans which are all rich in this mineral.
