My new favorite bread. It's whole wheat, with the fully belly filling feeling of potato bread. Also, no nut ingredients/manufacturing, so it's school safe. Nicely sized and soft, it makes a FINE PB & J or toasts well for an open-faced sandwich. It also stays fresh for what seems like a longer time than other natural breads, but it's OK once it hits the fridge.
This is one of my favorite 100 calorie snack packs. Mint and chocolate is a top-notch post-lunch twist of chocolate and mint that works for moth dessert and breath freshener. At first, I was totally disappointed with the size of the cookies: they are tiny, slightly smaller than a quarter. If you can resist eating two in a row, this is almost as satisfying as huge Peppermint Patty.
This is a great example of a good "diet" frozen food. The serving comes in a deep dish, so it seems huge compared to many others. This is like chicken parm but without the breading and a pasta serving. So many times I just want chicken with marinara & cheese but don't want the noodles--this fits the bill. The generous serving of lightly seasoned broccoli is a great side. On the Weight Watchers scale , it's 5pts. I was nicely full, with just enough room for a small dessert. A great find!
