Immaculate Baking Chocobilly's, Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Chocobillys are like Famous Amos cookies, but lighter, healthier, and yummier! No high fructose corn syrup, no trans fat.. made with organic flour and sugar. It doesn't sound like they'd be yummy but they totally were! Only sad part is that the little individual packages only come with a few cookies.. it is great for portion control though. PS - They are super involved with non-profits. Love them. :)

Pacific Natural Foods Cashew Carrot Ginger Soup

If you're a fan of carrot ginger soup at all, this is a great option for you. The cashews give it a unique taste and some health benefits (Google it!) in addition to the goodness of the carrot and ginger combo. I wish the consistency was slightly thicker, but otherwise I think it's a perfect companion to a meal (I've been having it with salad or half a sandwich) or by itself. It fills you up at just 140 calories per serving. Oh and it's gluten free!

A friend and I picked these up at a wholesale place (6 boxes/4 servings per box for a ridiculously cheap price) but I'm sure they're on the shelves of your local supermarket.
