I keep these in a bowl next to my desk so that people who come to see me can have a refreshing candy. Makes them smile. And the individually wrapped package makes it nice for everyone reaching into the bowl.

Planters Roasted & Salted Sunflower Seeds

Planters sunflower seeds are pretty darn good. Not all sunflower seeds are roasted and salted to perfections. Planters is up there with some of the best imports. I recommend them.

Knowing the pet tells us a lot about the person, right? So tell us how you decided your pets name and why you have grown to love the adorable little bundle. I'll start. My cat is named Abe, not for the politician but for the bible character. We found him behind a church in Camarillo, CA while visiting our daughter. Since we got him so young he bonded with us and believes he is human. Cute? Yes and no but we love him lots. Your turn!!

FRESH & EASY is a new chain of neighborhood stores currently in Arizona, Nevada and California. My new store in San Diego just opened. It is great, like a small grocery, lots of house branded items, simple choice and limited selection to keep things easy. Everything so far has been fresh and declicious. Do you have one yet? What has been your experience?
