Quaker Kettle Corn Rice Snacks
Here's a "cookie" my toddler can eat, and will eat. No egg, milk, soy, nuts or wheat. Most of Quaker's other Rice Cakes have one or the other... This "Kettle Corn" flavor is safe for us.

For my small child with multiple food allergies, this pasta is perfect. No wheat. eggs. milk. soy or nuts. Although he isn't yet aware of the shapes, their size and texture make it easy for him to pick up and chew.

In terms of being food allergy friendly, it doesn't get any better than this. Here is what the company said when I asked about allergen content: "All of our products, with the exception of Fruitab� Twirls, do not contain any of the following allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat and soy." WOW. And it tastes good, and comes individually wrapped. Safe, tasty, convenient. Perfect!
