Geez, even the salt is low! These, as well as most of theTriscuit line, are fabulous. I still mourn the general disappearance of the Rye Triscuit, so this flavor showed up just in time.

Fiber One Original Bran Cereal
Only half a cup gives you 14 g's of f i b e r. Even I conceded that I could get down with some milk. Then I tried it without holding my nose and found that I actually liked it. It is modestly sweet without any sugar

Bisquick Buttermilk Pancake Mix
We don't all have the culinary skills or time that Russ possesses. This product does just fine in a pinch. The kids don't complain. Think of the pleasant surprise they will experience when they leave the house and move in with Russ.
