    Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

This is by far the BEST SEASONING ever created! This goes on everything, it absolutely tastes amazing. I learned about this from a college friend who grew up in New Orleans. We were having porterhouse steaks on the grill on night and he suggested I try this. Ever since that night I haven't looked back.

Out of everything on this site I suggest trying this just once!

I have 3 large canisters of this in my cabinet. However, becareful, too much can be a little salty.

I can honsetly says the creater TONY CHACHERE has tried this on everything! He only says it is not good on one thing and that is ice cream.

So give it a try! Spice up your Mac-N-Cheese, add a creole flavor to your steaks, even top it on grilled zucchini and onions. Trust me you'll Love it no matter how you eat it!

Tony Chachere's Creole Style Butter Marinade

Another awesome creation from TONY!! This is one of my favorite marinades out there. I personally enjoy it for cornish hens. Inject this into every part of the chicken and roast 'em in the oven. This is a dinner you never forget. Very flavorful and not overpowering.

Also try this with Beer Can Chicken. You can't go wrong.

Thank you TONY for another great Creation!!

Zatarain's New Orleans Style, Reduced Sodium Dirty Rice Mix

Awesome one dish dinner! Easy to prepare. Just mix everything together and let simmer for 45 mins.

A nice app to eat while waiting is V8 Southwestern Corn Soup and a Beck's Premier Light Beer.

    Safeway Mustard

Not a big fan of yellow mustard at all. Especially, genericly labeled brands. They tend to be more watered down.

    Woeber's Sweet-Hot Mustard

This is more of a sepcialized mustard. It goes great wine cheese, dried sausage, crackers, and of course wine! It even pairs nicely with apples.
It is also great with turkey and swiss on rye with a little tomato and lettuce.

Definitely give it a try for something different.
