Sorry for the delayed response, it definitely makes sense. I imagine that's probably a pain. We'll figure that out for our next release. And seriously, don't be shy on anything related to the design, it's all incredibly helpful. The more the better. Hope all is well!!

We haven't added the Add Product feature yet but it looks like it's in the mix for the next month or two. Right now you'll have to review this products listed only, but if you want feel free to start a discussion in a community about an unlisted product until we have this feature!

Hi Sara! It's a way of vocalizing your opinion on a review anonymously. If you don't like a review, you can vote it down so that the reviewer knows what the general opinion of his reviews are. Also if you get a lot of UP votes, your vote appears on the homepage. Hope that helps explain it!
